I can’t speak highly enough of Zimmerman’s! I am not usually the review leaving type but the service here was so exceptional that I had to. My car broke down on the highway and I got it over to Zimmerman’s. They kept me informed about what was going on and went out of their way to make the process of getting my car fixed as painless as possible. Once the issue looked to be something covered under warranty by the car company, he get my car to the dealership. The prices were very reasonable the service was outstanding.

I’ve been a Zimmerman’s costumer for a good while now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I always leave with peace of mind, and the work is reasonably priced, too. Definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for about three years after I bought a Jeep off a guy who had been going there since he bought the Jeep new. I have only ever had great experiences! Jen and Alex are extremely personable and professional and the mechanics do an amazing job. The shop is very up to date on technology. I receive a DETAILED email after they have inspected my car and a call to let me know what needs done and when it's complete. I can pay through a texting app which is secure or write a check. They give honest advice and will tell you if a car is worth it to fix, which I appreciate. They are worth the drive and I would recommend them to anyone!

A couple of days ago I had the unfortunate experience of having major car issues the day before I was supposed to move out of the state to start a new job. The other auto shops that I had called stated that they wouldn't be able to take a look at it until the middle of next week. I'm incredibly grateful that Zimmerman's was able to look at my car and get it running smoothly that same day, which is way more than I had been expecting. It's since made it 15 hours down the road with no problems to speak of. I won't live there anymore to take my car back personally, but would absolutely recommend them to anybody. The ladies working at the front desk were also some of the most courteous and professional folks that I've spoken to at an auto shop.

Excellent quick and skilled service on my transmission replacement. Easy to work with. I will do business with them again.
