I want to thank Zimmerman?s so much. Especially Angie and Henry. I wish you were here in Ohio. Customer service like that here is rare. I drove from Ohio with my son and his best friend to visit Gettysburg. Upon arrival my check engine light came on. I drive a 2010 Ram 3500 Dually. I had called a few places and, even though this was somewhat of an emergency, they could not make time to put my truck on the diagnostic machine. I had two young children with me and wanted to make sure the truck was not on the brink of breaking down. I called Zimmerman's and explained my situation that I was here form Ohio with my son and his friend and I was worried about the truck light and a possible breakdown. Angie was so nice and told me to bring the truck down and they would fit it in. Henry made time to put the analyzer on it. He stated that I should be OK until I get back to Ohio and it was most likely the crankcase filter. He was spot on. We were able to enjoy the rest of our trip without worry. Angie would not take any money or tip from me. When I came back to Ohio I had the filter replaced and all was good. I am so appreciative of Henry and Angie. I have not seen that level of customer service, especially in the auto repair business where you are usually held hostage with your vehicle repairs. Took care of my problem. Plus I had them do more work on my Jeep. I really enjoy talking with the young lady at the front desk. She is very good at her job. If anyone tells you anything about Zimmermans please don’t believe them. Call Zimmermans and talk to them about it. And don’t be like I was going off without knowing the truth. Because you will find out like I did that Zimmermans never said a word about you. Very good shop!! I will be going back to them plus I will be telling everyone how good they are!!!

I would give 10 Stars if possible. Had Leman Volvo Mechanicsburg quote $5000 to repair my 2006 XC90 AOC all wheel drive clutch. Zimmerman diagnosed it, and found it only needed the AOC pump. Cost me $600 instead of $5000. Best Volvo repair shop in the world!

I can’t speak highly enough of Zimmerman’s! I am not usually the review leaving type but the service here was so exceptional that I had to. My car broke down on the highway and I got it over to Zimmerman’s. They kept me informed about what was going on and went out of their way to make the process of getting my car fixed as painless as possible. Once the issue looked to be something covered under warranty by the car company, he get my car to the dealership. The prices were very reasonable the service was outstanding.

I’ve been a Zimmerman’s costumer for a good while now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I always leave with peace of mind, and the work is reasonably priced, too. Definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for about three years after I bought a Jeep off a guy who had been going there since he bought the Jeep new. I have only ever had great experiences! Jen and Alex are extremely personable and professional and the mechanics do an amazing job. The shop is very up to date on technology. I receive a DETAILED email after they have inspected my car and a call to let me know what needs done and when it's complete. I can pay through a texting app which is secure or write a check. They give honest advice and will tell you if a car is worth it to fix, which I appreciate. They are worth the drive and I would recommend them to anyone!
